The room was clean and had a fantastic view, including a nice toilet, and the location was convenient, close to the train station, Monkey Park, and the river and mountains.

Well-maintained and excellent value place to stay, lovely views of the mountains. Marvellous location in Yamanouchi, near to the train stations and certain locations, so an 800m walk to the nearest restaurant and Shibu Onsen too. Situated only 1 km from Kaede no Yakata.

The family room in Japanese style was great, with useful amenities like a fridge, air conditioner, and individual safe; everything worked perfectly for us.

Was a relaxing base for weekend. The position of the hotel was good and incredible, to the nearest restaurant. Booked a room with exceptional views of mountain. Had shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. Thanks to the efficient and excellent staff everything was nice;))

Our room was tidy and absolutely gorgeous in Japanese style. Loved having access to wake-up service. - Having a shower, fresh towels, and slippers was a bonus. - It was in an incredible location, a short walk to the snow monkey park. - Shibuyu Shrine was relatively near the place.

The rooms here are really big and bright, with two windows letting in lots of natural light. the staff was super friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed. the meals at this place were absolutely fantastic 🍴. Plus, it's in a great spot close to the ski slopes, which made getting there a breeze.
